South Orange Commerce Center was once a 50,000 metal building used for boat manufacturing. The 3.5 acre lot needed complete site work and the metal building was coverted into a plaza with retail office space.
The metal building was a total gut and custom buildout of four of the eight units. The scope of work included new three phase electrical service, new plumbing, underground fire sprinklers, framing and drywall.
In additon, CAM Contracting, LLC custom buildout a 5,000 square foot gun range adjacent to the main building.
The project was completed on time and within budget.

Pirates Dinner Theatre is a well known tourist attraction in Greater Orlando, FL. CAM Contractracting's scope of work was an interior renovation to accomodate their plans to add a brand new show. We installed a 20' high and 8" thick sound demising wall and the highlight was a sunken stage hidden in Concrete.
The custom buildout also included a new bar and elevated seating area. This challenging project was completed by the deadline and on budget to meet the client's needs.

This is the project CAM Contracting, LLC is most proud of. This property was originally a Darden Restaurant Testing School. Pine Castle Chrisian Academy purchased the property for their new school location.
The two buildings floor plan had to be changed to accomodate 1st thru 12th grade educational space. We had no plans, permits or fire protection system. Amazingly, it took 100 days to do a 46,000 square foot buildout with four days to spare for school to start on time.
There were five structural beams in the main hallway that had to be relocated. All the electrical, plumbing and HVAC was changed to meet building code requirements. Many rooms had to be resized, therefore there was an abundance of framing and drywalll. New doors, flooring and ceiling tiles were installed. The buildings interior and exterior walls were painted.
We are forever grateful to our Lord Jesus Christ for blessing our company with this rewarding project.

It is with great pleasure I am able to recommend CAM Contracting and its President, David Seip. I have had the privilege to use CAM contracting on many different projects over the past five years. All the projects have been completed satisfactorily and with excellence.
CAM has completed small size projects (install a new exterior doors or windows), medium size jobs (replace drywall in a home) and large commercial projects (tear down and replace the framing and concrete floors of 3-story stair towers on multiple apartment buildings) involving many subcontractors and a multi-month critical path plan. Each time I engaged Mr. Seip and CAM, they were focused on finishing the project with excellence and timeliness.

We had CAM Contracting install wood flooring throughout our house, including our staircase. Due to poor construction from the original builder, each stair was a different width and depth. Although the job was very tedious, Dave and his sub-contractor, also named Dave, took the time to measure each stair and the results are not only amazing but beautiful as well.
